Her shows include her original songs and covers on both the guitar and piano, with every song lovingly filtered through a passionate voice.  She plays her dad's old-six string acoustic guitar with a folksy, nostalgic groove, bluesy chords and finger-picking riffs. Machined Head 1:40-3

Although the members of our band have been playing together for many years, they have recently embarked in a new direction. After playing throughout Lorain and Cuyahoga counties as a cover band that performed classic rock music from dozens of artists in nightclubs, they are now strictly a Deep Purple tribute band. They play all of their popular songs like Hush, My Woman from Tokyo, and Highway Star, etc. all the way up to their later hits like Perfect Stranger. They also perform the popular hits from their founding members after Deep Purple including Rainbow songs like Man on the Silver Mountain and Stone Cold. Their direction is to play events and larger venues for 90 minute sets rather than nightclubs for 3-4 hours.

A five-piece band of seasoned veterans, they pride themselves on putting on a great show and always makes sure their audience has a memorable time. Members are Brian Thompson on keyboard, Chris Songer on drums, Bill Truslow on guitar, Jerry Trent on bass, and Dan Mertens as lead vocals.

JB & the Wanderers 3-4:30

JB and the Wanderers are a three-piece acoustic band that grew up together on the East Side of Cleveland. They met in middle school and challenged each other musically, encouraging each other to move beyond the safe sounds of commercial radio.  As they grew up and each went on their own way, they continued to remain a close group.  Joe Parker (backing vocals and lead guitarist) followed his virtuoso dreams and travelled the world playing guitar professionally.  Upon Joe's return, JB (Jason Baumgardner, Lead Vocals and Guitar) and "the other Wanderer" (Andy Crytzer, Back Vocals and Guitar), waited to show Joe what they had learned on guitar.  A year and a half later, after much practice, on a cold and blustery Cleveland spring day, JB & the Wanderers were officially formed.
The "Wanderers" have been earning their stripes in local watering holes around the East Side of Cleveland, and now have decided to take on the West Side!  Their catalog features songs you enjoyed growing up, pulled from the 70's through today's hits, all played in their own unmistakable style.      Although acoustic guitars are the main instruments, Joe has been known to pick up his banjo or lap steel if the song demands it.   Their motto is "to always have fun playing music together", a sentiment that leaves crowds cheering for more. www.facebook.com/JBandtheWanderers

 Yellow Delicious 4:30-6

With an appetite for concoction, Yellow Delicious mixes their love of 80's music and classic rock into a delicious blend of new wave rock for the 21st century. Adding a modern twist, this band recalls a time when rock was fun and carefree, when the songs were about good times, women, love, lust and well.....rock and roll! That's where YD comes in with their cd "Get Some!"

Yellow Delicious was built by twin brothers Pat and Mike Kostalnick, high school friend Greg Dempsey, and Chris Vidler who came together with a shared vision of rock. Pat handles lead vocals and smooth yet sometimes frantic lead guitar. Add Mike with his old school rock/punk rhythm guitar, Greg with his driving drumbeats and Chris' throbbing bass and you get the sound and vibe of Yellow Delicious. They all join together to shout out the group vocals to get your fists pumping and your ass shaking.

Together, YD has rocked audiences from Albuquerque to NYC, performing at numerous colleges, clubs and festivals throughout the US. They've wowed the crowds at the Mid-Atlantic Music Conference, Midpoint Music Festival, Motor City Music Conference, CMJ/ Rock Hall Music Festival and have opened for and/or shared the stage with bands such as Aerosmith, Cheap Trick, Motley Crue, Eddie Money, Poison, Winger, Ratt, The Darkness, Sum 41, The Fixx, Blessid Union Of Souls, The Calling, Cracker, Cowboy Mouth, and Dirty Americans. YD has been voted one of the best rock bands in Cleveland by Scene Magazine, performed at the International Pop Overthrow festival in Philadelphia and New York and performed at the legendary CBGB. http://www.yellowdelicious.com/home

Avon High School's Electric Orchestra 2-3:30

If the typical classic orchestral music program puts you to sleep, Jesse Martin has just the thing for you: AEO, or the Avon Electric Orchestra.  Martin, a music teacher for Avon Local Schools, created AEO last year.  "I wanted more opportunities for the string players." he said.  "Band and choir both have other groups that add to the kids' experiences such as show choir and jazz ensemble."

When Martin talked it over with some students, they mentioned how much they enjoyed groups like Trans Siberian Orchestra.  So he set on a mission to create one of the few high school rock orchestras in the area.  "The support of the School Board and Orchestra Booster turned his dream into a reality," said Martin. Both groups each purchase $6,000 set of electric instruments, consisting of two electric violins, one electric viola, one electric cello, and the necessary additional equipment. In the 2012-13 inaugural year of AEO, 19 students participated. This year, Martin was forced to hold auditions because so many students were interested.  With 32 members, the group in now bursting at the seams.

In addition to the electric instruments, some acoustic violins and cellos help to soften the sound.  The group playas a variety of funk, rock, pop, alternative and classical music in an imaginative way. They have been invited to play at "gigs" all over the area and love every minute of it.  "This has been so much fun," said Martin. "Way beyond what I expected."

Raine Austen with her Guest, David Millen on Sax 3:30-5

With an extended vocal range of light-opera to country to contemporary fashion, Raine Austen is no stranger to the stage. Cleveland's Own has been singing since, well, before she was born, so her mom claims. She spends her life front and center on stages large and small. Austen's reputation is one of large concert settings of Christian, Christmas and Patriotic events, and is known to reach into the heart and touch the soul.

When her fans requested more than Christian music, Austen designed the "It's All About LOVE!" Concert Series where she highlights her vocal talents with secular song renditions of Barbara Streisand, Natalie Cole, Celine Dion, Karen Carpenter, Patsy Cline, and the like. You'll be impressed by multiple stylings of the classics, pop, country and light jazz genres. Recently Raine shared the stage with Dean Martin's son, Ricci Martin and claims she'll "never be the same!" Now the word is that "No one sings Dean Martin like Raine Austen!"

Joining her is the very fun and talented sax player, the ever popular David Millen .... move over Kenny G! Millen brings his talents on both alto and tenor sax. Sit back and relax to "Just Dave."  With 4 CDs under her belt, Austen's long awaited CD is underway with an expected release for the 2015 season. You can purchase a 3-song prerelease at her live performances. Once you encounter Raine's beautiful voice, you'll know why she is so popular.
